Procedure

BEFORE OPERATION

Before the operation, you will be given specific instructions by your surgeon, who will ask you to stop smoking, undergo a medical examination, stop taking aspirin, and adjust your current medications.

DURING OPERATION

Depending on the degree of change you’d like to see, your facelift choices include a traditional facelift, limited incision facelift or a neck lift.

The traditional facial incision is in the hairline at the temples and continues around the ear and ends in the lower part of the scalp. Fat can be sculpted and redistributed from the face, jaws and neck.

The underlying tissues are repositioned. Usually, the deep layers of the face and muscles are lifted. The skin is re-wrapped above the raised lines and removed. 

AFTER OPERATION

After the face-lift procedure is completed, a bandage is placed around your face to reduce swelling and bruising. Swelling and bruising can decrease within 4 days.

You will be given specific instructions on how to take care of the surgical sites and the medications to be placed or taken orally, you must follow the surgeon’s instructions until you recover quickly, the final result appears about a month after the operation, for a tight and attractive face.

How much does a facelift cost?

The prices of facelift  differ from one patient to another, as the technique

used and the areas to be suctioned play a big role in the price, and the prices of surgery may vary if combined with other surgeries.

Who is a good candidate for a facelift?

In general, good candidates for a facelift include:

• Healthy individuals who do not have medical conditions that impair healing
• Nonsmokers
• Individuals with a positive outlook and realistic expectations

What are the risks of facelift surgery?
